Self-etching floor paint or epoxy?

Does anyone know of a self-etching floor paint or epoxy? I may have to re-do my garage (has Rustoleum epoxy floor whee it hasnt peeled) floor at the old house since its kind of nasty and I really dont want to have to strip it, clean it, etch it, paint it, etc if I can get away with it. Im not real concerned with long term durability, as long as it holds up 6-12 months Id be happy.

Im not sure I understand completely..but you put the rustoleum epoxy on your old garage floor and want to re-do it because it is getting gross? we are going to be using that epoxy on our garage soon, should we switch to something better? We are trying to stay around $150 for the floor

I believe you are asking about a one step product which eliminates the prep work.
Most problems with epoxy floor coverings have to do with poor or no prep work.
I have heard of products that claim to be a one step product, but I have a hard time believing this.
Think about detailing your car and all the steps involved in a quality job.
If someone had a product that claims to do it all in one step, how good do you think it would be?
I would stick with a tried and true epoxy product and spend the time doing the prep work just as you would treat detailing your car.

Yes, I am looking for a 1 step product. But I do NOT care about durability, as long as it could last 6 months or more. The reason is Im trying to sell my old house (already moved out) and with the poor real estate market anything I can do to make the h ouse look better may help. This is more of a band-aid than anything. I just want to clean the oil and dirt up, give it a scrub and roll on some paint or epoxy.

Background, the house is only 5 years old and I applied the Rust Oleum when the concrete was new. I will admit to not prepping as well as I should have, as such there has been tire lift and the areas I worked on engines, etc have mostly peeled from the checmicals. There are also stains from various projects. I just want to make it look fresh for the sale. There really wont be any traffic on the floor but I would like it to hold up for the new owners as long as possible given the product choice.

Could I just clean, etch over the old epoxy without stripping it and then recoat?
