What Kind Of Fluorescent Fixture

Question...I was all set on getting the 8ft T8's but the guy at the electric supply store said there's the regular T8's and the High Output T8's. What's the difference and is it worth the extra $$$ getting the High Output over the regular.

We sell the HO's to a lot of dairymen and ranchers that have milkbarns with high ceilings and want a lot of light. We use regular T8's for most indoor and shop applications usually the cool white is the way to go especially if you are going to be working under the light for long periods. Lighting that is too intense will start to hurt your eyes. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your input. Would you consider the fluorescents that replicate sun light over cool white for detailing in a garage?
