Tile vs. Epoxy Coats

I am wondering what I should do on my garage. In the current state that the concrete is in, I doubt an epoxy finish will fair well. Lots of parts that have been dug and then covered up again have an uneven surface. Additionally, using tiles I can probably do a design out of two or more different colored tiles.

Would anyone know what the price difference and durability difference is?
