Go to Home Depot and look around.
I suggest getting few closet types cabinets, work benches, plenty of outlets. Maybe a heavy metal table to mount a vice to and for welding and stuff.
Install a few 220VAC outlets and maybe a 440 VAc power drops as well for future expansion.
A sink and washing machine are great too.
Install plenty of lights.
