Here in the Tulsa area about 21 x 22 or so. Mine is 22 deep and 19'10'' wide and is typical 1800 sq ft house.

A normal 2 car garage door is about 17 feet wide, so decide about how much space you have on the sides. And depths range from about 20-25 feet for many.

They vary widely. I'm so glad that mine is 20 x 23, large enough for two big cars.

Mine is an oddball.........20 wide and 34 deep. Side by side is a tight fit, but I can fit two cars tandem as well. Theoretically I can fit 4 cars in, but I wouldnt be able to get any of them out!!! I can fit 3 small cars no problem but it aint pretty....haha.

I would say a comfortable side by side would have to be at least 22 wide and 20-22 deep.

An individual garage door is usually 8-9 feet wide, plus whatever space is on the sides.
