Found one old post about this so I thought I would revive it. If you like Craftsman tools/hardware they have a "club", it's free and , well here is what they say:

Everytime their little flier comes out, it cost me some more dough.

I'm a big time fan of Craftsman tools. If possible, they are always my first choice.

me too big fan of craftsman tools ! plus lifetime warranty ! normally discount days ( 10% ) are first seven days of every month, unless they have special deals in their newsletter. Only one problem - if I goto Sears without membership card during discount days ( especially Saturday only ) , they cant pull my membership info with my telephone number. So sometimes I get manager discount otherwise no discount. Recently bought wet/dry vac 6HP for $71 ( after membership discount) , got 20W halogen light free with it ~:sweet:~ and if you spend big, normally they give $5 coupon for next saturday, so you are in their tool section again next saturday

Yea, really like Craftsman, seems like most of it is usually quality stuff. Getting the Tool Catalog now is like the Christmas Catalog when I was a kid! More TOYS!!! Wife tries to hide it!

Been a member since 1999, the discount is typically 10%. It doesn't cost anything to join so I would recommend it to anyone that likes Craftsman tools.
