Armstron tile adhesion question

Gang:

I am going to tile my garage in the Armstron Excelon tile. One thing that is unclear is whether I need the tile that has the adhesive back or the ones that need the adhesive spred on the floor.

My floor is currently painted with the Epoxy paint.

Any ideas?

Did mine with the spread and lay type. I didn't know they made peel and stick Excelon..
