My experience with Sauder's products has been disappointing. Very poor quality furniture, at least for their entertainment centers.

yeah I only buy real wood furniture so I've never bought anything from them. The idea is a good one but I think Hod Rod magazine should have choose a metal cabinet or a resin one. I have a new garage system in devlopment that will be afforable and very durable. More details in the future.

I, too, have had poor experience with the Sauder name...
Quite pricey, eh?

See, that is a perfect storage cabinet for me. I need it for my power stuff. It could really dampen the sound of my compressor and still allow air to flow freely. But, for $400

If anyone knows where to get the same cabinet for less...

Yes! There must be a smarter way to do this.

I've been looking for cabinets, etc for my garage. THese do seem expensive, especially knowing the construction of other Suader stuff. For the same price you can get the Extremem Gear (?) stuff from Lowes. I might just go with rubbermaid cabinets, etc they are almost indestructible.
