Automotive paint on garage walls?

the reason I'm asking is I was just thinking about this idea for my garage....... I'm going to be going with something of a "racing stripe" color scheming, but with a couple twists:

1) on the ceiling, flat white paint with some halogen lighting bounced off it for color, the rest provided by downward-pointed fluorecent shop lites.
2) On the upper 1/2 of the walls, 2003 corvette spiral grey metallic colored auto. paint.
3) for a stripe arround the middle, 2002+ corvette electron blue.
4) on the bottom half below the stripe, go back to spiral grey.
5) flooring will be VCT - black and white checkerboard. Overlayed by a grey floor mat from sams.

now is it feasible to use auto. colors and/or grades of paint on the walls, both usability and cost wise?? Its just a brainstorm I had....

I'm not sure about bonding issues, but it will cost you an arm and a leg for the paint, reducers, hardeners, etc.

It cost me around $300 to paint my computer case, using PPG Deltron 2000 Base/Clear...and all I bought were pints of paint.
