Garages for Rent?

Quote:
Do they rent garages?
I own a Condo in a Hi Rise Lux bldg in Westchester County, just north of NYC. We have a 6 floor communal garage with no assigined parking. I usually park on the lowest level where the best cars seem to park, and theres less danger of door dings..If I want to do any work, theres enough light down there, and a few sockets, so I can usually put it in an area where I can get just enough indirect interior lighting on the flat surfaces to do a decent job of polishing out scratches and contamination. And then, wax it....Sometimes, since for me, its more crucial to get the indoor lighting when polishing, when Im done with that step, I may bring it up to the roof level, and do the wax step late in the day under natural lighting. Also, any brake or other work of that type Ill often do on the roof.

But, Ive been wondering, does anybody ever see any small garages for rent in their local pennysavers, or newspapers or whatever? Id love to investigate the possibility of renting a garage nearby that I can use whenever I want to do any work on the car of any kind. I could store my tools and supplies there, instead of having to drag them down to my communal garage, or keep them stored in my trunk! Ive heard that rental garages exist, but I just havnt seen them anywhere.
