I've been using plastic storage drawers that I picked up from Wal Mart to store all of my pads, MF towels, and the rest of my detailing tools that I don't want to drop on the floor. However, yesterday I found a moth sitting under a pile of MF towels and now I'm looking for something with a little more protection (or more so an excuse to get something bigger to fit my supplies in). So if you know of a good affordable stand up storage locker that has worked great for you it'd be awesome

Different approach that I"ll mention anyhow- my "working MFs" (as opposed to my new/unopened ones) and other towels are kept in rubbermaid trash cans that sit on casters; I have a scad of 'em in different sizes and colors and I find it handy to be able to move them around as needed.

I still keep my pads/etc. in the plastic drawers though.

I have a vertical storage bin on rollers that I keep most of my garage towels and mitts in.

And a hamper for the dirty ones.

My polishers and pads are in a roll-around cart.

I use these. Covered and "locked" to keep out the critters....

For towels and pads, I have 2 Sterilite white plastic drawers - Although I am quite happy with them, I am looking at upgrading to built-in drawers (low priority though). I also have a Sterilite storage locker for all my products that performs below average (if not terrible). The all-plastic frame is ok but the plastic shelving has bowed downward only after a few months.

Gotta love those white Sterilite storage bins! I have three large 3 drawer ones and they are key to keeping my supplies organized. IIRC this time of year ought to be a great time to find them in stores due to back to school. Got mine at Target.

Seems the sterilite drawers are working for everyone, I might just have to get a standing locker and put my drawers in it. At least until I move away from the bug-infested outback of NC :-/

Are the moths likin' MF towels? I would have never guessed.

I use the plastic storage boxes, too. I've drilled (3/4" hole saw) holes in the sides so they can breath a bit. Haven't found any bugs or other worries...yet.

Those 3/4" holes would be a bit rodent-access-friendly for me if critters are a concern.

This was the first I've found in my MF's ever, however I've been living in NC for only a year. Before NC I lived in AK and ND which combined don't have as many bugs and critters as this place does.

Some years ago I got a basket from a hamper delivery. I use this basket now for storage. It's quite useful, because I can use it in various ways At the moment I use it to store the towels and tools. But I have to admit that I'm not really satisfied with this solution and I'm looking for other methods for storage.
