Well you guys said I could do it so here is what the neighbor and I did for a case of beer...
Let me know if something looks wacky lol....My neighbor showed me how to do the plug in boxes as such: black to gold and white to silver power to plug and ground to box. We hooked up all the plugs but we did not power them up I will have my father in law do that.
This light will not be up there. I am putting up 4, 4' fluorescent shop lights...
hey i'd say things are coming along! def want to see how this turns out. Its nice to be able to plan out custom things so you can add cool little tid-bits (like a hot-water hook-up to make winter cleaning easier!)

You will never regret putting enough outlets and lighting. Be sure to put in enough power for overhead lighting. You may want more light than you think when you get rolling.
Power is coming from one outlet that I will be changing to GFI and was told that in turn makes them all GFI.
Picked up 4, 4' 2 bulb fluorescent shop lights from home depot today with daylight delux T8 bulbs. Cant wait to get them hung but I am going to get the ceiling boarded first...
I am in canada and the insulation was $35 however normally is $50+ but they were out of the cheap stuff and had to give me this at the cheap price. I think it was 12-16 batts sorry cant remember but it was enough for 78sqft and I have a ton extra...Wiring in my garage will be done friday then I will have the ceiling done not too long after...
