Ceiling Fan

Over the weekend I replaced one of the light fixtures in the garage with an old ceiling fan from my daughters room.
Nice to have some air moving around.
Anyone else have one?

This unit had small fan blades that fit neatly between the fluorescents. Later on I will rewire it so that the fan and light operate independently.

I wanted to do a few but didn’t get them done"yet" Next I want to install one of those exhaust fans like they have in houses that are like 2foot by 2foot that suck air in to the attic, and when you turn it on it sucks air in the windows like there is a tornado!, we have one in our house, use it all the time in the cool evenings and at night when it cools down outside to draw in that cool crisp air. For now I have the floor fan to move a little air.

We have an attic fan too. It hasn't been used in quite awhile. Recycled newspaper insulation was blown into the attic. I have a Patton fan on a pedistal, and that sucker moves some air now!

I love my attic fan. A much cheaper way to cool the house, compared to turning the central air on.

The house I bought has AC vents & a Ceiling fan. The fan has 2 switches to control the light and blades independently.

Also has 4 Flourescent lights on 2 switches.

All I need to do is wire up some outlets in the wall and I will be set. I also need to insulate the garage doors.

Plus I am thinking of changing the floor since it is an ugly green color.....yuckkkkkkkkkkk!
