Just got mine today from Phil at Detailers Domain! Plus Phil threw in a nice microfiber towel too! Just told my fiance to clear all my appointments this weekend....need to spend some quality time with my new Flex!

I got mine about 2 weeks ago....very nice machine...I ordered a few backing plates also to have one cut down to 4 1/2 inches just to the ring on the plate under the metal hub....need the ring to keep it rigid..that way I can use all my 5 and 5.5 inch pads...a machinist at work said it can be machined down to that point with no structural problems....

Gosh Al, you were one of the few from the "early days" when the witch hunt for the Flex began...sure did take your good 'ol time.

Actually I believe it was your original post (or Zoran's??) about the Flex that started it all.

It's been a long time coming...welcome to the club!
