I would not say you need a glaze, sometimes it makes a difference, sometimes it does not, and if you are just starting off with the PC or any other correction device for that matter, I would stick to polishes to remove swirls, only because glazes can fill and after a few washes...the swirls/holograms are back. And if you are wanting to use a glaze for that extra bit of deepness, I would sugest one that has correction properties ie superglaze(note to all, although I have made a few posts and comments about superglaze, i am not a big fan of CarBrite) didn't want anyone to think I was a promoter.
