Quick Question - PC LC Pad installation

Hey thanks.

Just a quick question. I recently purchased a PC and new at this. I have the LC pads and I understand that they attach using the velcros. My question is - do I need to totally center the pad to the plate when installing? because if its not centered, the pad spins offcentered. Looks sort of wobbly. Or does it matter? Any tips?

Dosent matter on the PC, just get it as close as you can.
