You just need to step down to a polishing pad and a light finishing polish. | |

If it removes the deeper scratches but leaves micro-marring i would consider that good results.
No one can really answer that question anyways, all paints are different and will react different. | |

Here are two pictures of a Highlander that I did... SSR2.5 LC white topped with Wolfgang Sealant... no final polish:
