Black Altima SE-R

I got a upcoming detail for a black se-r. Is Nissan Paint hard? it only has some light swirls for him running it through the car wash . Can i get away with just a swirlremover and glaze/wax.

Sequence-
Wash
Clay
3m Swirlmark Remover w/ 3m Perfect-it Pad
3m Glaze Swirlremover(should be called filler)
Ardens Wax #1 by hand

Most Other detail shops are raising the price for his vehicle. Is there something differant? Besides being black
i told him id glady do it but dont wanna disapoint.

They might be raising the price after they look at the vehicle. Have you seen it yet?

Re: Black Altima SE-R

Yea its less than a year old. it just has some spiderwebbing. not rotary swirls. he hasnt waxed it though and runs it through the car wash once a week.
Im planning on investing in a digital camera. sorry for the inconveinance

Re: Black Altima SE-R

i would state a starting price and raise it if its going to take you an additional two hours....

but nissan has relatively soft paint in my experience...if you are working with a PC, try a cutting pad and medium compound, then a polishing pad and a heavy polish, then glaze, then wax...
