Thumbs up Cyclo's customer service

I bought a Cyclo polisher and when I received it there was a noise in the handle. The noise sounded like a piece of plastic was rolling around in the handle part as you could hear it move end to end when the Cyclo was tilted back and forth. This was with the polisher off but it didn't seem to affect the Cyclo at all during the short trial period in which I had a burning desire to use it on at least one panel

Nevertheless who wants a new toy with a lose piece in it? I didn't and I was also concerned it was defective so I contacted Cyclo late Tuesday evening February 27th. They were closed so I left a message asking someone to contact me and the next morning at 9:30 I received a call from Steve. Steve's professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to resolve this problem was outstanding. Steve stressed that I do not use the polisher as it is possible that a wire nut was dislodged which would leave exposed wires in the polisher. Steve sent out a call tag for UPS to pick up the Cyclo at my house on Wednesday March 1st and the unit arrived at Cyclo on Tuesday March 6th.

I spoke with Steve on Thursday March 8th to verify that he received my polisher. Steve informed me that he did and that he would have it fixed as soon as he could.

Well today, March 14th, my Cyclo was waiting my arrival. I opened the box and viola no noise. According to the paperwork it looks like they changed the handle as well as the shrink wrap on the cord.

Total cost to me $00.00 – zip – nothing. I can back up what others have stated in that Cyclo is a great company to deal with. They provided me with excellent service which is sometimes hard to come by today (except for the site sponsors here of course ).

Now I can’t wait to use my new toy!
