how can you tell if a polish is fully broken down

Well this is just a fairly simple question, but I have never really been apply to get a straight forward answers, how do you tell if a polish is fully broken down. I am using just a PC, and seem to be getting pretty good results, but what signs should I look for to tell if the polish is fully broken down. Thanks in advance

It begins to clear out and is easy to remove.

I find this to be what confuses people the most. This is also why i stress that if your correcting paint that you NEED ALOT of light so that you can clearly see the polish go clear but still be able to see it. I dunno if that made any sense
Of course light serves many other functions in the process of correcting paint.

I use 1000w halogens, flourescents, incondesents and a brinkman xenon.
