Polish & accessories for PC?

I'm seriously looking at getting a PC 7424 to tackle on a few swirl marks on my spoiler and hood. There are so many polishes/ compounds/ and pads. I'm not sure what to get. I have never used a polisher before and I want to use the right products for this. I have a few questions if someone can please help me out.

My car (paint) is a year and 1/2 old.

- What product should I use to remove the swirls/scratches? Sonus...3M or any others??

- Do I need a final polish product PRIOR to using Zaino as my sealant?

- Can I use a PC on my CLEAR BRA?????

- What pads do I need to get to start me off for this kind of job ^?

- Any tips from the veterans and pros?

I know I should search but I'm kind of busy at work, so a straight answer can help eliminate the different products out there. Thanks again!!

I would choose Optimum of Four Star Body Shop line for polishes.

- Do I need a final polish product PRIOR to using Zaino as my sealant?
Personally I would use a final polish before waxing.

- Can I use a PC on my CLEAR BRA?????
Not with anything abrasive.

- What pads do I need to get to start me off for this kind of job?
Lake Country or The Edge foam pads. Get a starter kit.

- Any tips from the veterans and pros?
Clay the car after washing and before polishing.
