Does anyone know if the Meguiars "G100" is available in the uk.

The Meguiars "G100" is just a rebranded PC (Porter Cable) with a Meguiars sticker on it. To use a PC in the UK you need to be aware that it is a 110VAC polisher that you will be using with higher ~230/240VAC in the UK. The following thread tells you about doing that:

To make things a little simpler, there is at least one UK vendor that sells a PC kit that comes with a transformer, extension lead, and 110VAC plug:
