PC use in Iceland

I want to buy a PC in the US but in the us is 110v and we in Iceland use 220v. CAn I buy something to convert it into 220v. Help me out folks!!! This means much to me cuz I am a detailing freak but with a small wallet. The PC are much cheaper in the US than Iceland.

In the UK we're on 240v and people who import PC's simply buy a transformer and some cabling.

The transformer steps down the voltage so the PC gets 110v.

If you're in Iceland you might want to look at a machine made by Biltema (not sure if they are in Iceland but they are in Denmark/Sweden/Norway which is kind of close) that is very similar to a Cyclo polisher and costs around $30 and runs directly off 220v.
