good deal on the portercable . . . you might get a equivelent price if you buy a package with some products and pads and a backing plate from places like autogeek or danase.

if you look harder you might be able to find a backing plate cheaper on these sites aswell, and many places will offer free shipping on package deals . . .

only i need to use #80 from Meguiars

so you adivse me to buy cheaper backing plate , but which size do i need if id like to use Meguiar's W8006 ?

i suppose it wouldent matter, they take the same thread and pitch bolt . . . i have seen some on autogeek for around 8 to 10 bucks . . .

i would def. buy it from amazon then if you dont need a package . . . . you might check your locak lowes hardware if you have one . . they sell them for around that price if not cheaper and you wont halft to wait fot it. . . .
