Any reason to use an AIO in addition to polish and wax?

I'm going to be working on a fairly new car that has some light swirls that need removeing. I was thinking of using SSR2.5 then SSR1 to restore the finish. Then I would abviously apply a sealer/wax. I was originally thinking of using Menzerna On-Step AJ then Natty's blue since it's a black car and I heard good things about the NB.

If I'm already using the SSR2.5 and SSR1 is there really any reason to use the AIO product or should I just use a regular sealer and then the NB?

Also, in the future I'm assuming I won't need the SSR2.5 or even the SSR1 and then I could just go over the car with the One-step AJ and then the NB and save some time. Correct?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You should use AIO to clear up the hazing that will occur after application. Why would you not need the SSR's in the future?

There shouldn't be any hazing afte SSR1...Possibly not after 2.5...You can also use 50/50 ISA to clean up any polish you feel you have left on..

What I mean is if I want to reapply the wax a few months later. If the car is washed and the finish is still good, there's really no reason to use a heavy polish like SSR2.5 correct? And for normal maintenance I could just wash and dry then apply the NB say once a month or so?

If wash and maintained properly you will be able to apply a coat of wax for the next few months, but eventually you will get swirls, its just a fact of life.

Menzerna One-Step AJ is partly FPII and FMJ. Thus if you have very minor swirls, this product may remove the imperfections and seal it at the same time. In this case you do not need AIO. This is purely based on the product description. Also, you may want to read on applying wax on top of FMJ or AJ in your case.

The only time I use AIO is when I'm also gonna use KSG, so I'd skip it.

I just clay *very gently* with the Sonus green and reapply the LSP. Been doing this for a *long* time on our drivers and it's working fine. I wouldn't do anything more until you have some marring to get rid of.
