Someone tell me to pull the trigger on this kit

Hi everyone,

I'm a total newbie but I love taking care of my car and I want to get a PC 7424. I think i'm addicted to this site because all i do is read about detailing! I'm thinking about the "Edge Dual Action 6 Inch Kit". It seems like a good deal, but I'm not sure if the pads are up to par with the other pads out there. I'm just a beginner so I just need something that's easy and simple.
