coastal tools pc & backing pad

i was shopping around for the best deals on a PC...and came across coastal tools..which is priced @ 119 but it comes with the backing pad..i was curious if the backing pad would be compatible with the propel pads from excel?...do u guys think coastal tools is offering the best deal for a pc or can i do better? any help will be appreciated.

im not sure if you are aware but the date has been altered and that stealing...im not sure if the mods are aware of this....those who are going to use this beware...use at you own risk...

When I first joined here, Coastal Tools was THE place for a PC - don't know what happened to all the recommendations, but the big thing recently seems to be trying to trick Lowe's into selling it at a low price. If mine was stolen tomorrow, I woudln't hesitate to go back to Coastal. Good price, right accessories, shipped quickly, etc. From what I remember, Coastal put together a package with the extra counterweight just for detailers.
I'll bet that most of the people on here for more than a couple of years that have a PC got it from Coastal.

And I have to agree with the above post about the coupon. I consider printing out a coupon and altering it to save a few bucks fraud.
