I don't know if this has been posted before, but I've recently learnt that the
Meguiars Cordless buffer / polisher has been withdrawn in the UK, because of all the problems they've had with the batteries and chargers.
They've offered to give me a full refund for mine, so if you've got one that you're having trouble with, it's worth giving them a call.
I always think that the test of a companies customer service is how they react when things go wrong, so top marks to Megs for sorting this out properly.
On a related toppic, I'm considering the PC kit from
www.thepolishingcompany.com. Anyone had any experience of this company?
