Red face Pc Pad Product Help

Hi oh talented ones ! (groveling mode engaged)
I have just bought the pc7424 sonus das polisher kit from autopia and as i live in the UK i am now waiting for its imminent delivery. The kit comes with 3 types of pad and one buffing bonnet, i have already got klasse aio and sg and p21s wax and would like to know which product to use with which pad for removing the normal little scratches that you get from hand washing the car ( 6 mth old skoda fabia vrs with black magic paint ).I also need to know if it is better using the pc or not to apply p21s and what the advantages are and which of the pads to use to put it on with.I have mf towels for removal already so any advice would be very welcome even though i am not worthy.
Regards Tweekster.

Of the products that you listed there will be very little if any advantage to using the PC. Klasse AIO is a chemical cleaner that will do little defect correcting. Klasse SG needs to be applied thinly to be able to buff off. Both applying and buffing are just as easy doing it by hand as to use the PC. The P21S is IMHO definetely easier to apply and buff off by hand.

Using the PC you might consider purchasing an abbrassive polish for defect correction. FPll, IP from menzerna. The SSR line of products from poorboy's. Just to name a few. There are a whole host of product available. Am not sure of availability of products in the UK. I am sure that someone will suggest something that can be available to you.

sfx-2 will remove some swirling. i dont remember the sonus pad colors off hand, but use the middle aggressiveness pad and see what you can remove.

I agree with Neothin. The SFX-2 will take car of a lot of marring. The order of the Das pads from least aggressive to most aggressive is:

Blue-finishing pad
Green-polishing pad
Orange-light cutting pad

You should be good to go with the products that you have. Good Luck!! Post pic's with before and afters!!

NXT has some cleaning properties in it plus it will hide minor swirls. IMO I would not use the PC to apply. That is not say that you cannot.

Thanks for the advice guys,I will definitely post the pics when i get to do the job(UK weather permitting).I would like to know what the best finishing polish is to use with the PC if not aio or sg as i want the best finish b4 using these 2 products by hand,I realize that there is a huge catalog of products but the paint is in good condition and has only slight hand wash scratches so i would like a product i could use to remove this with the PC.In the UK i have access to Meguiars and Poorboys products but i could get anything else on import if necessary.
Thanks in advance, Tweekster.

The Poorboy's line of SSR's will do you well. It is an affordable line of abbrassive's here in the US. One of the reasons that I reccomend the line. Meguiars is a good line but am not familiar with the products.

If one purchases the complete SSR line from Poorboy's you will have all the products to handle almost all situations that could come up with a personal vehicle. It depends on your need for abbrassives. You will have to evaluate your paint condition to purchase the products that will fit your situation.

poorboy's ssr1 would be a nice finishing polish to clear up anything left behind by sfx-2
