Just bought a Makita 9227C and need pads

All of the pads I see on this site are the small pads for the Porter Cable.

where can I find some good quality pads for the Makita 9227C?

You want the 6 1/2" pads (flad, not curved) with the 6" backing plate - this is ideal for the rotary. You DO NOT want those old-school 8.5" or 9" pads. My personal favorite for the rotary are the Propel and Propel II pads - the blue final finishing/polishing pads are great to learn on too.
