PP and Cutting pad

I read a previous thread asking about Mothers Power Polish and a Meguiars cutting pad by PC so I decided to give it a try. The car is 1995 G. Cherokee, outside 24/7. I had used PP with a polishing pad about 3 months ago and used Megs #9 by hand last week. Today I used PP with cutting pad at 5.5 followed by PP with polishing pad at 5.5 then a coat of Mothers Reflections by hand.
My conclusion is that if a noob like me can use it and not do any damage, then it is safe to use. The paint came out very smooth and you really have to look hard to find the deeper scratches. Mild to moderate scratches are gone.
Sorry for the quality of the picks. I think I need to have the light farther away. The first two pics are before.
