Question about DAS pads and which one to use

I am getting a PC and I am planning on what pads to get. So far i've picked out the DAS pad kit from autopia-carcare.com but I don't think that will be enough to get started.

I need to fix a black car with swirls all over it (only 1 year old but looks terrible IMO). I plan on using #80 to start with and see if that works. If not, then I'll step it up to Optimum Polish. Finally the paint will be cleaned with WG Prewax Cleaner.
All these steps requires the PC but just how many pads would I need to complete the job???

I can apply the sealant and topper by hand right? Using a PC won't really make it better. Is that correct?

To make my question more simple: Which pad would I need to use with these products and how many would I have to have to complete the job (in case they cake with a certain product)

Should I use the PC to apply wax? I find applying wax by hand just as easy, wipe on - wipe off. Is there an advantage in using the PC?
