Question So i heard i can't use a pc on black and red cars???

today, i heard from this guy that you cant use a pc on black cars and apparently it leaves swirl marks for sure, and i have to get 3M black polish for black and red just by hand or some crap...

anyone heard of this stuff? and they are the only ones who make it?

Oh man that PC has really messed up your paint. I see big white blotches of bad swirls....oh wait those are clouds

I have a similiar pic of my black GTO that I have used a PC on.

I can't seem to perfectly fix the paint on my buddy's black rsx...but it definately takes swirls out. What does it take to get a flawless finish, slammin86? Your black is INCREDIBLE.
He still has some very tiny swirls in his paint...do I just need to work longer and add more polish?

Dude did you restore that car yourself?

Do you hang at turbobuicks.com or one of the other Turbo Regal/Grand National Sites?

What a PC can and cannot do, IMHO, depends largely on the polishes one uses.

Polishes made to break down with the heat of rotary will not work as effectively with a PC because it doesn't produce that kind of heat.
