MF/Terry bonnets with a PC.. worth it?

I'm thinking about ordering this kit from autogeek while the coupon still works:

http://www.autogeek.net/pc7424-bonnet.html

But I'm not sure how much I'm going to use it if any at all. It seems like it would be pretty nice to remove some more stubborn products (e.g. Klasse SG) and to use it for that final polish, but I'm not sure how well it all works. Any opinions?

For Klasse SG, I followed the suggestion Accumulator made and removed it with suede style bonnets for the Cyclo. I'm not sure if there sueded style MF bonnets for the PC though.

I would've though that Autogeek had edited its kit and ditched the wool pad as the "cushion" underneath the bonnets and replaced it with a foam pad. There is a noticeable difference, the foam pads do work better. It's how I use any foam pads I have "retired" from polishing duty.

Yeah, I'd check out some other sources before you buy (such as TOL ). I greatly prefer using a foam pan under them instead of the wool. The wool will flatten down/compress rather quickly and then it doesn't provide very good cushioning.

Meg's Ultimate Bonnets work OK too.

If you really want to put the coupon to use though, that kit should work OK and would give you a good intro to using MF bonnets.
