minor rotary swirls ?...

i used the rotary over the weekend with PowerPolish and still have some minor swirls- i used the trigger and found it was eaier to control at a slower speed- do I need to use more polish (a single circle around the middle of the pad) or work the polish longer-or both?

I would generally follow up with a PC and very light polish ( FP ,FPII for example)
