Come back to your post (Reply area of course) and click on the IMG button, a box will appear, paste your copied URL and click OK. Done. | |

The way the air runs over the truck causes the rain water to streak like that. Amazingly, the paint isn't terribly swirled, although it's hard to tell with the pinstripes

Join Date: Dec 2001 Location: Mississauga (Toronto) Canada Posts: 950 | That's the strangest thing... unless you had some type of diffuser on their, I don't get how the air is cauing that to happen. Is the fireproof panel under the hood glued on? If so, perhaps that's the glue patter which could be causing it happen. Kind of like the dust shadows on ceilings where the drywall is fix to the studs.

I assure you, with a little elbow grease, everything comes off just fine... nice and black. I will say, the truck has very little wax on it. There is absolutely no beading with water application.
