Polishing headlights with Mothers Plastic Polish...or
polishing metal in the engine bay with Mothers mag/alum polish.
Does anyone else actually use the factory pad?

It is a good pad even though people dont think it is. Think about it, some people like some pads and others dont. its all about you and whether you get good results with it.

It's a decent pad, but it just isn't going to last vey long. Might as well use it until it shreds.

i actually used it since 1) i didn't have any pads at all; 2) i was dying to try out my new PC; and 3) i had a bottle of Meg's #80 Speed Glaze and my mom's car with swirls. it took a while but it actually was decent enough to remove some of the swirls. but then it fell apart and i had to throw it away.
