Who Has What LC Pads

Seems that some places carry slightly different lines of LC Pads . . . . . so it's been a bit confusing:

I'm looking to pick up a few new pads but i'm currently torn between 3 pads:

LC Flat Pads (Autogeek)
Hydro-Tech (Autogeek)
Constant Pressure Flat Pads (Non Autogeek)

it appears that Autogeek does not have the constant pressure pads but they do carry the traditional flat pads but (Autogeek) does not have the flat pads in yellow, but one other site does . . . . so i'm starting to get confused LoL.

Any help on this subject would be great.

I mainly use: M105, SIP, P106FF, P085rd if that makes a difference. I'm just tired of CCS pads.

Looking to order soon, so hopefully i get some good opinions.

I haven't tried the Hydro-Tech pads, but according to different vendors, they are more emphasized on cut. They cut REALLY well, but with the ability to finish really well. The Hydro-tech pads are versatile and take out the guessing from choosing the right pad for the job, but they do not allow for fine adjustments, in my opinion.

Since you are using ultra fine finishing polishes like P106FF and PO85RD, you should be looking at the Constant Pressure pads, which come in red and gold for jeweling.

If you are working with the rotary, you should consider CCS pads. They tend to hop and wobble less than flat pads when used with a circular polisher, from my experience. If you want the flat pads, I suggest you get the constant pressure flat pads.

Excellent! I'll take that into consideration. I currently have CCS pads and they work, but i'm pretty much over them. Just not what i'm looking for.

I may end up at some point getting both Hydro-Tech and Constant pressure but for now it will be one or the other.

Constant pressure seems like it might be the way to go . . . . . otherwise i keep my CCS pads i have now and get some Hydro-Tech's
