Water spots on windows?

I just did a detail today that had some really stubborn water spots, steel wool did nothing. What method are you guys using to remove them?

Re: Water spots on windows?

If you can get your hands on some:

MX7 that stuff works like a charm . . . . . otherwise try Nu-Glass (Duragloss) that has always worked for me. I have heard some very very good things about the Danase water spot remover recently that i will be ordering to test out.

Re: Water spots on windows?

A Mr. Clean Magic Eraser soaked in white vinegar works really well (for glass only).

Re: Water spots on windows?

M04, rotary, 3" wool pad does wonders on stubborn waterspots. you can also do it by hand with a foam pad or microfiber towel.

Wait until your windows cool down and clean with white vinegar.
