Using XP with Zanio Products

Is anyone applying Zanio products ie; Z-5 or Z-2 with a PC. The only problem I've heard of is that you waste to much product. What has been your experiences and recommendations about using the PC with these products vs. applying these products by hand.
Thanks in advance
Jay

Re: Using XP with Zanio Products

I prefer using the PC (4 inch red pad) to spread Z2 or Z5, I can get thin, very even coats with the PC and I can make a little go a long way. I don't agree that you waste product, not if you do it right you won't. Plus on softer paints, I don't like the idea of applying pressure with my hand and using an applicator pad.

Re: Using XP with Zanio Products

I applied Z5/Z2 once to see how it would go, and while I feel I used a very small amount of product I saw no upside to it. I have since only applied by hand.
