New user needs some help...

I just got a great deal on a pre-owned P/C 7334 and had a few questions about use. How will the single speed affect my results? Do I need to apply more/less pressure? More time? I have a 2005 BMW 530i with black sapphire and IMO the paint is in "fair" condition. The steps I plan on taking are:

wash w/ Meguiars Gold Class
Meguiars clay w/ Meg's quik detailer
Menzerna SIP
**Menz Polish PO85RD or Menz Super Finish Nano PO106FA?? Which do you rec.?

Not sure what to follow-up those steps with. I did a search and I'm a little confused what to follow that up with? Carnuba Wax? Glaze? Sealant? All of them? I'm leaning towards Megs NXT wax and/or Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant 3.0.

As far as pads go...I'm completely lost! I read through a bunch of posts and now I'm more confused than ever!

I'm going to be using a 5 inch hook and loop flexible backing plate.

According the Menzerna Ceramic Kit, I should use a foamed wool pad w/ the Menz SIP and a white pad for the polish or nano. Does anyone know if this is a suitable combination?

Any other suggestions (especially for pads) are greatly welcomed and appreciated!!

Thanks in advance and hope everyone who is celebrating a holiday has a great holiday season!

Sorry I don't have time to answer your question in depth, but I think you'd benefit greatly from the following tutorial on using a DA (your PC is a DA):
