I just recently received my detailing package and I ordered some LC orange, white and blue pads. Both my white and blue pads were flat on its face. However, the orange pad is caved in. It's not flat on its face. Is this normal?
Here's the picture of what I'm talking about :
Thanks for your input!

Tustin,
I will take a picture tonight and post it.

Is it a good or a bad thing D&D? Should I ask for a replacement?
I really don't think these pads would be effective. But I wanted to ask fellow autopians...

It's just weird that it works the same because the concaved ones mean less contact. But I guess with pressure, it evens out. Plus, the outer edge generates more heat so maybe that's the reason.
Thanks to everyone who helped!

Usually it happens on the orange pads most of all, but it's always the more dense, cutting pads that do that. The softer pads are more maleable and are less damaged by the pressure/vibration/higher heat.
