Something Wrong with my Makita 9227c?

I have a question to the guys who has had their Makita 9227c for quite a while now.

When I pull on the trigger, I hear a "crrrrk" sound as it starts to rotate and also just before it stops. I doesn't make that sound when it's reached the desired rpm.

I checked the gears and there was nothing wrong with it. I hear it the noise between the carbon brushes and the metal part of the buffer.

Thanks in advance.

Try pulling the brushes and flipping them over. That works most of the time for the grinding sound.

What exactly do you mean by flipping it over? Exchanging the positions or just inverting it?

Thanks

if that "crrrk" noise is what I think your talking about then thats normal. I believe its just the slow start function doing its job until it gets to its desired rpm. I also questioned what that noise was and watched other vids of 9227c users and it made the exact same sound.
