Looking for Help with Pads

Sorry but i accidentally posed in the wrong forum so I am re-posting it here.

I just got my shipment from Autogeek of Med IP and FP; it came with two orange (applicator) pads. I am going to be doing my dark blue Cadillac, the paint isn't terrible as it was done last May.

These orange pads feel a little aggressive, should I be using them with the IP? I also have the Propel pads in Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, and Black. Perhaps use one of those instead? The new orange pads feel the same as the Propel Orange which where supposed to be the most agressive pad there was. I don't want to take off too much CC.

Re: Looking for Help with Pads

I'm not quite sure about the hardness of the CC on your Caddy. You're probably better off starting with a Propel green and IP and if that doesn't cut it, move to orange and IP. If that doesn't seem to cut fast enough, do yellow and IP.

Oh by the way, your yellow Propel is the most aggressive pad you have, followed by orange, green, blue, and black.

Good luck!
