Meg's Pad V.S LC Pad???
What are the difference in these two pads??? Which one do you guys prefer? As I am using Meguiars product, will using Meg's Pad offer better result?? What Meg's Pad are the similar/compared to Lake Country's Orange Pad, Blue Pad, White Pad, Black Pad???

Megs yellow and LC white are very close. The difference is that the Megs yellow is open celled and the LC white is a combo of open and close cell. The LC white is also denser. The LC white tends to work better with water based polishes such as ZPC and Menzerna.

thats a bummer as i needed LC orange pad and i though the meg's yellow will do the job to remove moderate swirls..

It's not just that pad. Machine and chemical have a HUGE influence. You can remove moderate to deep swirls with a rotary, Meg's yellow pad, and Meg's #83. I have even removed 2000 grit sanding marks with that combo and a few passes.

That chart is wrong, the edge white is softer than any pad LC makes, I own all of the colors that LC makes and all (except black) of the ones edge makes.

no, go with orange...PC takes a while, the megs polishing pad will take a while...why take two A WHILE's and put them together???
get a orange pad and use a compound, then use a megs yellow (if thats what you have) with a polish and then wax...
