Flex 3401 VRG Questions

Is the new Flex 3401 VRG equal to or better than a DA Polisher?

Also, is the Flex 3401 VRG better than or equal to a Rotary?

Re: Flex 3401 VRG Questions

Answer 1: Better than PC in that it has longer strokes than "jiggle".

Answer 2: No, a rotary is in it's own league. Easier to correct paint and burn paint if not careful.

If you're not comfortable with a rotary, this may be your best bet until you get more time with a rotary polisher.

Re: Flex 3401 VRG Questions

The Flex is a good machine with much better corrective abilities than a PC. For the average guy with a car in decent shape it will be sufficient.

Re: Flex 3401 VRG Questions

The flex is leaps and bounds better then a pc but just cant quite match a rotary for the ultimate in correction.

Re: Flex 3401 VRG Questions

you will see once you try it that it is alot more powerfull than a pc. It grabs more aswell, but it is not hard to use. Just be more carefull around body lines and stuff like that because it could damage the paint depending on how you use it and what pad you are using.
