    Hi People,

Well I just got my PC on Friday, went for the package with the SFX Pads, and the one white pad you get with the PC.

Now as much as I want to just dive in there and get on with it, I am restraining myself until I'm a bit more confident at what to use with what, which is what my question is.

I have the following products (for now)

    Sonus Paintwork Cleanser (freebie)
Meguiars Step 2 Deep Crystal Polish
    Klasse AIO
    Klasse SG
    P21S Carnauba Wax

I purchased the P21S to go on after the Klasse SG, my paintwork is not too bad and its a very deep purple in colour.

The question is. Which pads should I use with which product.

Also, for the UK community, whats the opinion on Poorboys products.

And finally, anyone users in the Northeast who would be willing to show a new boy the tricks :-)

    Thanks

    Graeme

Ditch the white pad that came with the PC - no good for cars.

Orange would be for abrasive-type products - cutting.
    Green for polishing
    Blue for buffing, light work

When you say "my paintwork is not too bad" do you mean it has minor swirl mark, if so you will need an abrasive polish ie SFX-2.

As for PB products, I have only tried EX-P which is great. Do a search and you should find lots of good reviews and information.

Do not worry about the PC, it is hard (but not impossible) to do any damage. It is very user friendly.
