Stopped working without any signs of it failing or anything. On the plus side, I called Griot's and they just send it back and we'll replace it, no problem, I didn't even buy it from them. So, for that outstanding customer service, I will pick up another one for a spare!

btw I did change the little metal things it came with as spares and still nothing.

I had a new one from an Amazon deal that sounded like it had loose bearings, Amazon replaced it without issue.

RZJZA80- Glad (but not surprised) to hear they took care of it.

No idea what when wrong, huh? Did it just quit working?

I really oughta have a second one of those, along with a second Flex 3401 (says the guy who hardly ever does correction ).

This is very reassuring to hear. I guess you just visit the UPS Store and ship it out and they ship you a new one upon receipt.

All you have to do it ship it back with the form you print from their website, and they will replace it, no questions asked about where I bought it or how much or anything. The brushes I changed out looked new still, but I changed them anyway, and still nothing. Worked perfectly fine all this time and one day , just nothing. I bought it back in February of this year.
