    Which 4" backing plate to buy for the PC?

    With the backing plate being this small I don't know if flexibilty matters or not.

    The 4" stiffer one
    4" Porter Cable Pad Holder

    or

    The 3.5" Flexiplate
    3.5^^ Hook & Loop Flexiplate

    I use one like the flexiplate

    it's hard to tell but is the other one actualy a 4" BP?
    if so I would not use it with 4"pads
