Flex L3403 VRG?

I just noticed this rotary on the Pakshak site and it looks very nice. Almost identical to a Metabo but a lot less expensive. Has anyone used one before?

I just read the link/review and ordered one to replace the harbor freight rotary (once/if it dies). The way I see it, I only paid 245 for 2 rotary polishers!
